Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, and request timestamps. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information when those fonts are delivered.

How we use information

We use contact-form information to review and respond to inquiries, evaluate potential collaborations or engagements, maintain relevant correspondence, and protect the site from misuse.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that help host the site, operate the contact form, prevent spam, and deliver form notifications. The site currently uses Netlify for hosting and form processing and Google Fonts for typography.

Retention

We retain inquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Vervia does not currently use advertising trackers or website analytics, and the site does not require a cookie banner. If those practices change, this notice will be updated and any required choices will be provided.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted, subject to applicable exceptions. Send a privacy request through the Vervia contact form and identify it as a privacy request in your message.
